Corporate Fitness Program
Physical activity/fitness is vitally important to individual health and well-being. In following this philosophy, Lamson & Sessions offers a Fitness Program in association with the Cleveland JCC. Through a Corporate Membership with the JCC, the Company subsidizes the cost of membership by paying 50% of the annual cost of an Adult Individual Membership.


Business Casual Dress and Flex-Time
Lamson & Sessions believes that by allowing its Associates to dress in business casual attire, it creates a more comfortable atmosphere while retaining a neat, professional appearance.

Continuing with that philosophy, Lamson & Sessions offers Flex-Time. Flex-Time allows our associates to establish a schedule to better fit their busy life style while accomplishing the necessary responsibilities at work. All work hours different from the normal, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., work hours must be approved by the department manager.


Picnic Lunches
During the summer months, at our Corporate offices, regular Friday picnic lunches are a great way to stay in touch with Associates you don't normally see during the work week.

Each lunch is "sponsored" by a different department. It is the responsibility of the sponsoring department to bring a variety of hot or cold side dishes and desserts. The company provides the hamburgers, hot dogs, and soda pop.


On-site Cafeteria
Our Corporate location also boasts a new cafeteria with daily lunch specials which include hot/cold sandwiches, soup, and salad bar.

At breakfast time, bagels, muffins etc. are available daily. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, hot, made to order breakfast sandwiches with your choice of egg, ham or sausage are also available.

Charitable Endeavors
Lamson & Sessions has been a part of the Cleveland community for over 130 years. We believe in giving back to the community which has helped us become so successful. Some of the ways of doing that is by eagerly participating in the annual "Harvest for Hunger" campaign, donating money to the United Way, and "adopting" an inner city school by donating time and resources.

Lamson & Sessions also has a matching gift policy for donations made to qualified charitable organizations for our Associates choice.
